30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We provide a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our Organic CBD Topical Balms. If you are not satisfied with the results, you can return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Unopened and Unused Products: To be eligible for a return, the product must NOT be more than 1/2 used. We do care for each case, so if you have questions, please do reach out to us.
How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipment: Once you have obtained an approval on the return, we will provide you with a label to secure on your package to send the Organic CBD balm back to us.
Refund Policy
Upon receiving the returned product and inspecting it, we will process your refund within 3-7 business days. The refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will also be paid by Zakah Life®.
